This policy explains what Peptide Field Guide ("we," "us") collects on yourpeptideguide.io, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your email address and the topic you choose when you request the free guide.
• Campaign information: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags and ad click IDs) and the page you signed up on.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and cookies or similar technologies set by us and our advertising partners, such as the Meta Pixel.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health or medical information.

How we use it

• To send you the guide and the follow-up emails you signed up for.
• To understand which content and campaigns are useful, and to measure our advertising.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site: our email platform, our hosting provider (Vercel) and Meta, which receives a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and technical information to measure ad performance. We never send Meta the topic you selected. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

The Meta Pixel and similar tools may set cookies to measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

Your choices and rights

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
• Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Retention and security

We keep your information while you are subscribed and for a reasonable time afterward, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Age

This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
